Horrible, to say the least. Very disappointed!!! During 2016 I bought my car in this dealership. However, it looks like the management team and sales representatives have changed for worse. Inexperienced, disrespectful, and dishonest sales representative and floor manager (Houston Young and Bruno Pignano) are the opposite example of doing good business in a transparent and trustworthy manner. Waisted four hours of my Saturday with an inexperienced sales person that lied from the beginning in order to make the sale. I make the appointment a day before and made Huston aware of the stock number of the car I wanted to buy. I get there we begin to negotiate and an hour into negotiations he comes back apologizing because the car we were working on had been sold. He offers to bring the same exact car form a different lot and I agreed to. I specifically mentioned him I wanted a dark interior color and a car with a VIN number starting with a “J”. I told him this 4 times. Huston reaffirms that he would bring the exact car Matching my request. Then, When supposedly the deal was being reviewed and getting ready for signing, Huston Young comes back again to apologize because the car he brought was LIGHT color interior and with a VIN number of 5. At this point I am very aggravated and requested a manager. Of course I get the most incompetent and disrespectful sales floor manager BRUNO PIGNANO. Arrogant jerk with no manners. Walks away while I am complaining about the horrible experience my family and I have been thru. More

Very Professional, great service I took my Juke in for an oil change and to get my tranny looked at (I never had a turbo). Anthony explained the intricaties of how the turbo worked. They checked it from front to back, and said I needed new tires (mine were dry rotted), then said I needed a new CV boot, the service manager then scheduled me for the next morning and took care of it, all under warranty. My first new vehicle was a Ford, the second was a Toyota, my third was a Nissan. Nissan provided better service (customer & mechanical) than Ford & Toyota. I am very happy with Lokey Nissan! More

The least valued I have felt as a customer spending 20k I understand the car buying process is designed to be high pressure - salesman has got to make the sale, but the way this deal was handled was frustra I understand the car buying process is designed to be high pressure - salesman has got to make the sale, but the way this deal was handled was frustrating from beginning to end. I was made promises that were never fulfilled (complimentary gas cards, car washes, front window tinting). I was told something was going to happen a certain way and then it would change (this happened multiple times). The first day I had my car I had to put air in one of the tires - they couldn’t even check that before letting it leave the lot. I’m pretty sure there is a nail in the tire that has been there since before I purchased the car. I have reached out and even came in person to get an answer about what is going on with my trade in payoff - still waiting for an answer. I honestly have never felt less valued as a customer. Would not put any friends or family through this experience. More
