Even with free oil changes the experience was bad. When I brought in my car for it’s free oil change, they damaged my bumper and forgot to put back my air cabin filter twice. Just an oil change I had dropped by new Armada off to the body shop to correct some lot damage. I called up a week later to see how things were moving along. Come to find out, the sales manager (Chris Jalali) never replied to the body shop email and nothing was done. I'm glad I called. I asked for the vehicle to go to service for the 5000 service. All good. parts were ordered at the body shop and I'll bring it back next week. It would of been nice if vehicle was washer. No big deal. I bought my vehicle on a rainy night. Should of done it during daylight. Now I noticed worn marks on the interior back seat console. Not sure what to do, More
