After all the years of dealing with this dealership we hit a snag in our relationship. Went in for oil and filter change and asked if they would look at air conditioning. Now after 1&1/2 hours of getting hit a snag in our relationship. Went in for oil and filter change and asked if they would look at air conditioning. Now after 1&1/2 hours of getting there, another hour and a half, service rep try’s to get me to do $3300.00 dollar bill for my air, and I left to go home. While on my way home I noticed tag for oil change was not changed. So I called and was told by same service advisor that they didn’t get to it. I had air conditioning fixed for less then five hundred dollars ( 445.00). Commission, commission. Better in my pocket than his. He had a good story and was very noticeable upset when I told him no More
