I have always had excellent customer service at Lokey, starting with Nick when he sold us the car. However, the last visit was certainly not customer service oriented. I took the car in because I was hearing a noise in the door. When I tried to recreate the noise it would not do it. Chuck was rude and condescending and I left. Makes me wonder if other people are being treated the same way by him and are not speaking up. More
