Great customer service however car went in for oil change and had something wrong with it that should never have wrong at only two year old and then had to go back in two more times before they could figure and had something wrong with it that should never have wrong at only two year old and then had to go back in two more times before they could figure out the noise it was making and was due to defective oil pan. The service I received was excellent!! Lee Aaron was amazing. He explained everything that was going to be done, and he let me know the progress. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. From the time you pull in to the time you leave I’ve been having my car serviced at Lokey Nissan For several years and wouldn’t have it any other way. From the time you pull in to the time you leave the customer service is above exceptional. What I love is, you might think your car needs one thing done according to the manufacturer manual but if Lokey doesn’t feel your at that point they don’t recommend it. In other words they don’t have you spending money unnecessarily, and I love that! I’ve had the pleasure of working with several of the guys in the service department and all have been nothing but great! However, I’ve had the most experience with Lee Aaron and I’ve never left disappointed. His level of integrity, respect, and customer service is above the top.
