Efficient, helpful and attentive. Front end damage , Lokey estimated and repaired. They did initially miss that a front wheel rim was bent and so repair took longer than expected. They were not able to find another like rim but they did find someone who was able to repair the bent rim. I was kept informed of repair status and they paid for my rental car after Travelers Insurance quit. More

Great facility, super shuttle service so you aren't stuck there. Even though being stuck there isn't horrible either. Lokey has been great so far but I'm still having issues Anthony has been great so far but the airbag light did come back on after the 3rd time of bringing the car to Lokey.
