Treatement I will never bring my car back to Lokey. If there is service necessary, I will go through another Dealership. I have been belittled by my Service Ad I will never bring my car back to Lokey. If there is service necessary, I will go through another Dealership. I have been belittled by my Service Advisor and still haven't heard back regarding the condensation around my rear hatch window, which I was told they were contacting Nissan to see if there had been any complaints. Bottom line, I have been treated poorly and wish I had done more research before I purchased my Rouge from LOKEY! More

Great service! I thought I had an oil leak but the professional Machcanics at Lokey Nissan found it was a broken axil that needed replacing. They had to order the part, when the part came in while they were fixing my vehicle I was treated to a nice cup of coffee a snack. Always with excellent customer service! Lokey even gave me a ride to the mall where I had my hair done. And when my car was ready they came and picked me up from the mall and I was on my way home a happy with my fixed car & new hair dew. : ). Thank you Lokey! More

Not very pleased When I first brought my Nissan yo be serviced, the staff was courteous, friendly and efficient.Lately, it has not been the same. I am called by salesp When I first brought my Nissan yo be serviced, the staff was courteous, friendly and efficient.Lately, it has not been the same. I am called by salespeople to get another vehicle when my vehicle is being serviced and I am always invonvenienced and given the run around about loaner vehicles when I have been entitled to them. Once I was told that there are so many recalls that there aren’t any loaner vehicles. Next I was offered one but then was told that the warranty work that needed to be done wasn’t going to take long enough to be entitled to one. I can’t be without a vehicle. I take care of my elderly mom as well as work an hour away from my home. I still have not gotten my warranty work completed because I haven’t heard from anyone that the part was in! I also had a rare day off and brought the vehicle in to be told that it was just going to be assessed that day. I am truly not happy with service at this time. It’s a shame because I’m the past this has never been the case. More

Disappointed. My 2nd oil change was perfect.. Then my last 2 have been not great. They stopped calling me with the reminder of oil change coming due in which I REAL My 2nd oil change was perfect.. Last time I dropped my car off my car was not vacuumed & I honestly don’t think my car was even washed cause it was raining so maybe they didn’t wanna wash it & when it stopped raining & my car dried up I could see all the old dirt & pollen still on my car. The time before I dropped my car off it also was not vacuumed. I always ask for the wash & vacuum. Disappointed leaving there with a dirty car knowing what I’m supposed to get. Then having to head to a car wash afterwards. When I bought the car I couldn’t even drive it home that night cause the battery needed replaced it ended up dying when I started the car to drive off I had to call & have someone pick me up. I don’t live close. Then drive all the way back to get it the next day. Because of this happening they offered to fill my gas tank up next time I got my oil changed. so when I dropped it off for my 1st oil change I reminded them about the gas then when they called me to come pick up the car cause it was done I had to wait there for 30min because they didn’t put the gas in my tank. I know this has nothing to do with my last service but it’s like everytime I come here there’s an issue. My last service I immediately called back JB(service advisor) that worked with me that day when I got into my car to leave. No answer. I left a voicemail & no one ever got back to me. I even paid for the tire rotation he recommended to me. He told me he was gonna send me an email something to do with points i get for every service I pay for and a survey. I never got a email. I just received this text message on saturday. That’s over a month later. More
