As always my experience was the absolute best with Chuck. Chuck is always very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions and concerns about my car. I'm usually at the Nissan service center and dealing Chuck is always very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions and concerns about my car. I'm usually at the Nissan service center and dealing with Chuck to have my oil changed and the other systems that are routinely checked. If I have any other questions Chuck always researches and tells me exactly what I need to go forward with taking care of my car. More
Not very friendly I felt like the gentleman that took care of me was a little condescending maybe because I’m a woman. I had said something to him about my hatchback not closing tightly it happened a few times and he said to me well you have to shut it hard like I’m an idiot . And then proceeded to tell me that they could not do that on this trip because I was there for an oil change which I understood but I was just asking for someone to check it out he said he would but never did tell me if it was OK or not More

I brought my 2015 Nissan Sentra in for the air condition not blowing cold air in th I had an awesome experience with Lokey Nissan on my last service. I brought my 2015 Nissan Sentra in for the air condition not blowing cold air in the 90 degree weather we are having in Florida. My service advisor, Chuck wrote up ticket and said my bumper to bumper contract was up but he checked further and advised me that I had an extended warranty. He put me in a loaner and a new compressor was installed and my car was ready the next am. I am very pleased to have cold air again More

Poor customer service This is my 2nd time visiting after purchasing a new vehicle from Lokey Nissan and I have been extremely disappointed both times with the lack of custo This is my 2nd time visiting after purchasing a new vehicle from Lokey Nissan and I have been extremely disappointed both times with the lack of customer service and honesty. Both times I was told that they would clean my vehicle and it has yet to be done. When I questioned this, I was again reassured it was done even though it was clearly not done. Everyone there needs a lesson in customer service from Dayton Andrews. All the male employees will talk down to you and will not have any respect for you or your time. Too bad I have a new vehicle under warranty or I would be going elsewhere. More
Time Flies when you’re Relaxing I came in for an oil change with no appointment. They where still able to squeeze me in and it was less than 2 hours!!! The best part is in that time I came in for an oil change with no appointment. They where still able to squeeze me in and it was less than 2 hours!!! The best part is in that time they did the 5000 mile inspection and washed the car up brand new. Its the 4th or 5th car my family has got from Lowkey and we’ve been loving there services since the late 90s. More
Horrible O I made an appointment for an oil change and to have my door handle repaired on 7/28. When I got to Lokey I was told by Harrison that the door handl O I made an appointment for an oil change and to have my door handle repaired on 7/28. When I got to Lokey I was told by Harrison that the door handle I had brought with me was broken and they would have to order a new one. I made an appointment for Wednesday morning. When I got there on Wednesday they said that no one had ordered the door handle. They were very apologetic but I had to come back on Friday. I left the car there Friday and got a call to say the car was ready and that they were able to use the original door handle and save me $130. The same door handle that was supposedly broken and no good. When I picked up the car and put the air on the driver's side vent only blew hot air.. I brought the car back the next morning and was told they could not fix it and that I had to bring it to the Lincoln dealership. They did not have a mechanic look at the car. I brought the car to a local mechanic who had no problem fixing it. Needless to say I will not be returning to your dealership. More
