Inconsiderate I dropped my car off at the dealership at my appointment time which was 9:30 a.m. I was told that the person doing the tint was running a half hour be I dropped my car off at the dealership at my appointment time which was 9:30 a.m. I was told that the person doing the tint was running a half hour behind. I was informed that it only takes an hour and a half to do the tinting. My daughter picked me up and took me to her house. When I called at 1 p.m. to see if my car was done, I was told that he was still working on it. I'm curious why it took so long to do a job that should have only taken an hour and a half. I was contacted at 2 p.m. to come pick my car up. A total waste of my day! Extremely inconsiderate of my time! I will not be bringing my vehicle back there nor will I recommend Lokey to anyone that I know! More

Excellent service I use my Titan XD for travel and am frequently out of town. I was right at my 15,000 mile service and had to go back out of town. I just showed up without an appointment and Anthony took me right in and got the job done quickly. I always get this type of service which is why my family is on their ninth vehicle from Lokey Nissan in 10 years. More

Oil change. On July 13th I had a scheduled appointment, 3:00, for an oil change. It appeared to be a busy time...my car sat for over 30 minutes just waiting to b On July 13th I had a scheduled appointment, 3:00, for an oil change. It appeared to be a busy time...my car sat for over 30 minutes just waiting to be taken to service department. Total time was 1 1/2 hours, (4:30,) for an oil change! However, the lounge is a lovely place to wait...just glad I had that much time available to wait for my car...wish I was told ahead of time how long the service would take. BRB P.S. On July 30th, my car would not start. I called AAA for a jump-start and quickly drove to Lokey"s. (My 7 year Nissan batter was only 13 months old.) Diagnosis: a loose terminal. I believe this may have happened on 7/13 during my oil change. More
