Alex, the salesperson, was great. Honest and to the point. Helpful in answering all of our questions. Almost gave 4 stars only because financing took SO long. Apparently they had someone out sick, whic point. Helpful in answering all of our questions. Almost gave 4 stars only because financing took SO long. Apparently they had someone out sick, which we totally understand, so we came back about 2 hours later to accommodate. However, we still had to wait almost another 2 hours on top of that. But the finance guy, Philip, was very helpful and nice. He went the extra mile to get me a better interest rate. Just wish we knew more about the true wait time, we would have come back later. My husband was hangry. Can’t wait to pick up my car this week! Thanks! More
