I made an appointment for an oil change. The specified time was 9:30 AM. On the date of the service I just happened to check my email and I found that my appointment time had been changed to 11 o'clock wi time was 9:30 AM. On the date of the service I just happened to check my email and I found that my appointment time had been changed to 11 o'clock without my knowledge. When I called to inquire about the time change I was told that was the beginning of the lunch hour and that would probably be better off scheduling the appointment for 1 o'clock so I wouldn't have to wait so long. Other than that misunderstanding the service was fine. More
Most of them are liars & a absolute headache. Lied to for 9 hours & belittled like no other. They gave 10 different papers with 10 different numbers. We bought our first car from Joe in Oct 2020 - great experience. Then when we had to unexpectedly replace a different vehicle in Jan 2021, I called Joe. Our salesman, Douglas, was excellent and very attentive. The process was, however, very long. We had picked out the car and agreed upon price earlier and arrived there next day to sign paperwork and picku The process was, however, very long. The lack of face masks was a great concern. The signs on the doors required customers to mask up. Very few employees did. Went next door and same thing. That showroom is large enough to stay away.
