Unless you have no other options, perhaps there are better VW dealerships. I had found my new car online and made an appt to see the vehicle. When I made the appt, we verified which car I wanted to see better VW dealerships. I had found my new car online and made an appt to see the vehicle. When I made the appt, we verified which car I wanted to see by the stock number. When I arrived the sales rep tried to convince me to look at a different one by saying he pulled up the car I wanted. After my husband and I told him that wasn’t the car, we were informed it was on an outer lot we would need to drive to in order to get it. 35 minutes later we were on our way. After seeing it, we were told there were no more fully loaded models in stock and that perhaps they could find a year or two old model to sell us (used). When we got out at the outer lot- I saw the same model 2020 fully loaded. The reps response was that he was unaware. Keys could be gotten to test drive it- if we drive back to the lot and then drove back to the outer lot. Etc. We decided test drive wasn’t necessary as we were already over an hour and a half deep. Being educated buyers, we were aware of our desires as well as our needs. We went through with financing before showing up using our local credit Union. Pre-approved with paperwork to present. Here is we’re the haggling began. They don’t want to wait for the credit Union. They only want VW financing and they want to be in charge so I need to approve sending it out to all their lenders so they can pick. The sales rep did a terrible job on the paperwork and had none of our details (pre-entered online) correct. Then the finance guy did not use my pre-approved lender and did not tell me that until I sat down to sign literally 309 sheets of paper. His lender was listed incorrectly on the paperwork, the loan amounts were wrong since my trade-in wasn’t listed. When I was being pushed to sign without reading- he had overcharged several areas, not had accurate model/VIN information and put the loan through a higher interest rate bank and never used my credit Union (now tying up 30,000 in credit). It was after close before he realized all the paperwork was wrong. He said he was off for two days but would correct it and I could come back in 4 days and sign the corrected copies. I truly don’t think anyone at this dealership wants intellectual individuals to buy a vehicle. They are all aloof and it is unimaginable how they sell vehicles with such poor customer service. More
I have been with this service department for a year. Very friendly and professional. This time i had to use the shuttle. Lokey to me home and picked me up. I typically don't have any issues, but this time was different. I noticed not many were wearing masks indoors - both employees and customers. I was also left me hanging at the mall after being dropped o different. I noticed not many were wearing masks indoors - both employees and customers. I was also left me hanging at the mall after being dropped off. Then, I arrived back to an empty counter to retrieve my counter. I had to flag someone down to be able to retrieve my vehicle. This time I was unimpressed and don't plan to go back until after the virus is under control for fear of catching it and bringing it home to my mother. More

Bait and switch prepaid maintenance program.
