Just like my sales experience with Geneva Carr and Caleb; the service I received this visit was Amazing! Lokey called me to remind me my Jetta was due for an oil change. Chris Adams was very personable in checking me into the service area and keeping me posted on how my car was coming along while I was there! I had a oil change and tire rotation at 8:45 in the morning and didn't get out of the shop until after 12pm. And then when I left that afternoon and got home my rear left tire that was rotated from the morning and didn't get out of the shop until after 12pm. And then when I left that afternoon and got home my rear left tire that was rotated from the front to the back showed signs of leaking and was halfway flat. As soon as I got in the car on the lot to drive it away the low tire pressure light was on. I didn't come on when I was in the car it was already on when I got in the car and hand it over the keys. These two things have upset me. I scheduled the oil change early because I had something to do with my family at 11. And then ended up with a flat tire that was fine before I brought it in. More
