Car would not start without a boost. Service researched the cars history and discovered that the battery was purchased within the warranty period and replaced it free of charge. Very expensive, but able to work fast I needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced in my GTI - it was an emergency and Lokey was able to get me in first thing in the am the next day. I needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced in my GTI - it was an emergency and Lokey was able to get me in first thing in the am the next day. Unfortunately, they charged over $600 for brake pads and rotors - a quick google search will show you that these can be bought from any number of OEM vendors for less than $200. They also charged $160 for a brake flush and around $200 for labor. Way, way, way overpriced. That said, the work appears to be done well, and I can’t complain about how quickly they got me in and all the staff were very nice. Bottom line - next time I would shop around before paying the premium at Lokey. More

Horrible customer service The place is an absolute zoo anytime you go. Cars every where. No one ever answers the phone and it’s a constant phone tag situation. will never take my car to this service station again. Literally will only use them for the free oil changes. Organization needs to be put in place. More staff. Seriously don’t know why anyone takes their car into this location. More

Wrong mileage advertised. Wrong price advertised I am from MD and purchased this car on line via USAA bar buying service for my son who is going to school in St Pete. I dealt with Brad Debney via ph I am from MD and purchased this car on line via USAA bar buying service for my son who is going to school in St Pete. I dealt with Brad Debney via phone and email. Brad was great. While signing the odometer disclosure statement, we noticed the car had 5000+ more miles than was advertised on line (USAA / True Car). As we had put a lot of effort to get to this point and I did not want to disappoint my son who was with me at the store, I suggested the price of the car be adjusted by the difference in Bluebook / Edmunds value for the correct and advertised mileage - without know what that amount was. Although Brad thought that was fair, the finance manager and assistant store manager said the price could not be lowered to reflect the actual mileage. If my son were not with me at the store, I would have walked out....but I knew he would be disappointed so I proceeded with the transaction. After all that drama, unfortunately, the price on the deal sheet was still incorrect - it did not reflect the USAA price offered in the USAA car buying service. Reluctantly, the finance manager changed the price to the USAA price....the odometer reading on the deal sheet is still incorrect....it shows the 5000 mile lower, advertised mileage! Very disappointing and I will not buy again from Vokey More

Oil change / radio code recovery Lacking in communication, very delayed in service. Dropped car off before opening, was not informed of completion until after 3 pm. (I called at noon inquiring about completion with no service started yet) Service advisor said I was at fault for the prolonged service time bc I did not tell him I when I wanted the service completed even though the appointment was for 7am. I will not buy another VW due to the poor service and rude service personnel as well as the length of time I am on hold each time I call the Lokey VW dealership I do not have these issues at the Mercedes and Ford in dealerships. This review also includes the horrible service experience when I dropped the car off for an oil change. If I could remember the name of the service man that was responsible for that incident, I would name him. More
