My experience at Lokey was the only experience I've had at any dealership in my life (I'm 56) that I came out feeling great. Joe is a great sales guy and seems to be an all-around good guy. Alessio (Les) was truly amazing and made our entire car buying journey a pleasure. The whole process was definitely different than all of our previous experiences with car salesmen and dealerships, which buying journey a pleasure. The whole process was definitely different than all of our previous experiences with car salesmen and dealerships, which was so refreshing! He did not pressure or rush is, he wasn’t fake and trying just to sell us. He was just down to Earth, friendly, trustworthy, very knowledgeable answering all of the questions we had, accommodating to our schedule, respectful of our time and so kind to our two children, making sure they felt part of the whole process and fun as well! He put in the time, effort and search to find exactly what we were looking for and had excellent communication with us and continues to even after the completion of the sale. He could definitely teach a class to this industry on how it should be done! :) So thankful our paths crossed with his. Highly recommend! More
