lengthy It took longer than expected as I was told the windshield wipers first chosen were wrong and another had to be selected. Then as promised I requested a complimentary car wash from Courtney who I spoke to in making my apptmt. They brought my car out and it was not washed and had to be brought back to have done. So over an hr. to have my windshield wipers replaced and my complimentary car wash. I have my opinion and I believe without further ado, I have shared it with you. No further comment necessary. More

Good Service Department First visit to Lokey VW and I was impressed with the service for such a busy place. Even though there were several customers, the staff seemed to be First visit to Lokey VW and I was impressed with the service for such a busy place. Even though there were several customers, the staff seemed to be communicating well and keeping things in order. Antonio did very good job of taking care of my car and when it took longer than a day it was nice that they provided a two way courtesy van. They took me home and came back to pick me up. This service is appreciated more than the dealership may realize. More
