We will be back for our oil changes, but nothing additional Lokey recommend repairs to our vehicle that two other repairs shops told us were unnecessary. They told us our front brakes were at 15% and found they Lokey recommend repairs to our vehicle that two other repairs shops told us were unnecessary. They told us our front brakes were at 15% and found they were at 60%. They also insisted on a coolant flush, and another shop showed us our coolant test to be perfect and done recently. We are on budget as,most families are, and feel they took advantage of our car in disprepair. It is so hard to trust a mechanic, but Lokey has lost our faith. More

Slowest oil change with the rudest service advisor Antonio the service advisor is rude and not at all helpful. My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was at 8:30 I never received a call reg Antonio the service advisor is rude and not at all helpful. When he called me he had an attitude and wondering why I was calling. Well they supposedly had been working on my car for 6 hours for something I should have gone to an instant place for. Antonio then tells me my rear brakes failed but at this time it wasn’t going to be done since they had done them 10,000 miles ago. When I did show up to get my car it was buried behind a bunch a cars and I was left to wait and this always happens here. The set up for service and getting the customers out is terrible. They also left the driver side door dirty with grease. More

Waste of time and lies I put money down on Friday for a vehicle and set appointment for Sunday at 1130 to come view and probably purchase.
