Not thourough The cleaning of my car (vacuum interior and outside wash) was terrible. I lifted the mats and all around them was still an inch of dirt. I had taken my Jetta to a different shop and been told there were repairs needed that would cost a lot and then I found out that it wasn't a needed repair at all. And repairs that were needed were never mentioned. Coming to Lokey VW service gives me peace of mind because they KNOW everything about VW, the costs of repairs are budget friendly and I can leave knowing they would never put me back on the road if it wasn't safe. The center itself is comfortable, clean and customer-centric. If you want to have work done and know that it is done with 100% accuracy so you no longer have to worry about it, bring your VW to this center. More

Headlight has been out Headlight has went out 4 times now on my Jetta se and you guys have replaced it everytime. Obviously not fixing the issue with the wiring or whatever Headlight has went out 4 times now on my Jetta se and you guys have replaced it everytime. I bought that vehicle cash and had no issues with you guys. I was not happy. So no I do not recommend More
