Terrance had originally contacted me, when I arrived at the dealership, but I was immediately taken care of. They beat Nissan’s price, on a vehicle I was looking at, but it was still to high for me. However, Rob(GM), Jamie and Matt Lokey himself found another car that I absolutely fell in love with, that would better fit my budget. I had to be at Tyrone in a hour(from Countryside mall area). They got all of my information for the application and I told them I would be back the next day. They literally worked ALL night getting my credit approved so that I could get into my new car!! Terrance, Jamie and Caleb(financing) were amazing waking us throughout the buying process. Terrance and Caleb are quite a blessing ???? Lokey Volkswagen are lucky to have such an amazing team! Monday I went back to to pick up my front plate, SunPass and had my batteries replaced, again every was incredibly nice! Oh and you know how during service or just waiting for numbers is always soooo boring, at Volkswagen they haves puzzles and games for waiting guests to pass the time!! We had the a really amazing experience here!! More
