Really Bad VW Service Appt. I Came from Tampa & had a waiting appt at 11am that was to take 2hrs. The adviser said it should take about 1.5hrs. At 2pm my car had not moved. ALL MY CAR NEEDED WAS AN OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION & A COUPLE OF TINY WARRANTY JOBS TO BE LOOKED AT. 6 HOURS TO DO THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!
