Why not earlier? • Kyle said a spoiler was unavailable at any price. Chad found a way to get the spoiler as part of a warranty deal. It increased the payment to $655.00 from $623.00 per month, an $1,152.00 increase in total payments. • Kyle promised “to fill up my tank” if I drove back to Lokey. The tank was ¾ full when I left. • Jamie didn’t take the time to explain the features, settings, and operation of the Passat. • Detail team left leaves in the trunk for Jamie to clean. • On Sunday, the 30th of December, the Passat sputtered and died at a traffic light. I drove the store parking lot. When I returned to start the car, it would not start. Roadside assistant towed it to Lokey. Jamie brought a loaner to use. beware of the refurbishment fee We went here to look at a used car. It was listed for $9950 which seemed like a fair price, however they certify the cars and give you a 2 year warra We went here to look at a used car. It was listed for $9950 which seemed like a fair price, however they certify the cars and give you a 2 year warranty. The cost for this is passed on to the customer for just over $3,000. Having a warranty is great but this means the car was really over $13,000! We were not only shocked but it created that uncomfortable feeling you get at a dealer when you are like what the heck and already feel cheated before even beginning negotiations. Additionally, their parking lot is a hot mess! While there one employee had to move 7 cars to get 1 out for a customer test drive, another employee hit another car while pulling out a vehicle for a test drive. There are cars stacked on top of cars! Also, expect them to spend quite a bit of time looking for keys. They are either in a giant drawer or in buckets that they dump out on the table searching. The only bright spot I saw at this dealer was our salesperson, Geneva Carr. She is worth asking for by name if you want to overlook all the other negatives. More

Visor replacement I had been having an issue with getting my visor replaced for the past 2 visits prior to this one. I then spoke to the new manager Kyle and he was won I had been having an issue with getting my visor replaced for the past 2 visits prior to this one. I then spoke to the new manager Kyle and he was wonderful. I had 2 service appointments prior to my last one and they issue I went there for was not addressed. Once Kyle was involved everything was fixed and taken care of. I also believe I worked with Eric? He was great this last time as well. More
