Even though Joe had a busy day meeting with other people that day he took the time to show me cars and helped me pick the perfect one. The finance staff was quick and helpful. Ultimately I was only there for about 2 hours. Easiest car buying experience I’ve had to date. Thank you so much! More

My Worst Car Buying Experience Sale of the pre-owned vehicle occurred quickly until it didn’t. When I picked up the car I realized I didn’t have a owners manual and the media center Sale of the pre-owned vehicle occurred quickly until it didn’t. When I picked up the car I realized I didn’t have a owners manual and the media center was missing the navigation card. When I requested these items, my salespersons advised they would check for the items and call me. Weeks went by without a response. After several attempts to resolve the matter with the sales staff, I moved to management. Immediately got pushback, then advised manual ordered, and at one point told navigation card would be acquired. It’s been 5 months and I am still attempting to receive these basic items, and no one at the dealership is attempting anything that resembles Customer Care. More

Not overly happy Have taken VW beetle in 3 times over 8 months for engine light. Always something new. Spent $1200 first time. 3 months later same light came on and Have taken VW beetle in 3 times over 8 months for engine light. Always something new. Spent $1200 first time. 3 months later same light came on and cost me about $300. And then 3 months later again same light comes on and costs another $800. Seems like if they would have diagnosed it the first time that would have identified all potential issues. More
