Awesome service department I bought a certified preowned vw Passat last year and came in for an oil change , I was greeted promptly by Kevin , I told him that I noticed a little I bought a certified preowned vw Passat last year and came in for an oil change , I was greeted promptly by Kevin , I told him that I noticed a little oil leak coming from the engine, he said that he will take a look and let me know. He called me and said that he did find the leak they are going to fix it at no charge and give me a loaner while the work is being done so that I don’t have to lose a days work. Great Job Guys , I will definitely purchase my next car with you. More

Why make an appt for service?! Had an appt for routine maintenance. Arrived on time. Service rep says it will be a 2 hour wait. I said I had an appt. I said "But I had an appt". Service rep replies "We can't turn walk-ins away So I said "So why make an appt??" If I want to wait 2 hours for an appt, it sounds like my doctor's office, not a car dealer! Why bother! More
