He simply served us, which is exactly what sales is about. He walked with us through the buying process and made sure we were comfortable with the car, price and process. Everyone at Lokey Volkswagon was kind. They certainly didn't fit the stereotype of "car salesperson" and for that we were thankful, Even as we negotiated, no one tried to lean on us, there was no double teaming, no poor-mouthing or acting offended.
