Brian in service is super. Bryan and his team fixed my car that just died with a MCS warning light and just shut down. Had appt for 1pm to look at a specific car. Waited til after 2pm til they found out the car had been taken to Largo. Said they had another car just next door and would just take 5 minutes to. During test drive told original car would be back in about 10 minutes as people opted not to buy. Would I wait to see it- said ok and waited another 20 minutes and then told me car was sold- did I want the one I test drive? Or there was one in New Port Rickey they could bring down but I declined. The car I wanted and the one I test drove were priced at a certain amount but after the mgr added all of his charges the car was $4997.00 more And explain was well we have to make our money to pay our bills somewhere. I was not impressed by the sales mgr or the salesman and I certainly would not go back there or recommend this dealership to anyone else. It seems like false advertising and lack of consideration for customers time to me. More
