Worst dealership I've ever been to liz Loyola ran my credit with multiple banks without my authorization. I had pre-approval thru a bank already. And I explain that to her before we process any applicat credit with multiple banks without my authorization. I had pre-approval thru a bank already. And I explain that to her before we process any application I only wanted it done through one bank. Then lied to me and say that they did not know what was going on. I have reported them to the BBB. When I got to the dealership Michael moceri who was just a salesperson came over and tried to fix the situation and lied to me and said he was a manager. Meanwhile the sales manager Kyle Childers never got up from his seat or came over and tried to help with the situation at all. I guess because I'm dark skinned it didn't matter. More
