Chris, the service technician was amazing to deal with! He actually "listened" to me babble on about my problems and handled them in a most professional, efficient manner. And, my hat went off to Bob, their transport driver. He actually called me about 3 PM to determine if I still needed a pickup back to the dealer. (They were not sure if they would have to keep the car overnight.) I almost had a heart attack at his kind call! I know it was such a little thing to do, but situational indifference abounds.
