I was extremely disappointed with the timeliness of the service and the attempts to upsell me on additional services. As a working mom, it's critical that service providers adhere to their appointment sch service and the attempts to upsell me on additional services. Although I suppose I should have been happy because last time it took 3.5 hours instead of 1.5 hours this time around (for an oil change). I will not be back to this dealership for service or purchase. More
