Have an issue with my vehicle. Told part was not going to be in for 2 weeks. Inquired after 2 weeks and was told they have no idea when part would be in but car was safe to drive. Asked to speak to the to be in for 2 weeks. Inquired after 2 weeks and was told they have no idea when part would be in but car was safe to drive. Asked to speak to the Manager who did not speak to me and was told Atlases have this problem and they don’t know why. Talked to my salesperson who told me they would find out what was going on and call me, never got a return call. Decided I did not want to continue dealing with issues with the car 3 months after leasing and getting no answers so traded it in. More

Went in for an oil change and to have a recall addressed. Work was completed fairly quickly, the only thing was that the window sticker telling when it’s due again was not replaced - I’ll have to make note.
