Every time I visit I am charged ridiculous amounts of money with lack of information and no replacement vehicle offer . I wasn't going to contact but you've asked I'll start by acknowledging that a lot of things are different and many changes are required in the service industry. I made an appointment to drop I'll start by acknowledging that a lot of things are different and many changes are required in the service industry. I made an appointment to drop off my Atlas for an AC motor and control knob. This should have been a 1 day job, but as things go, I was informed that it could be kept overnight and picked up the next morning. My car was kept from 8:30am Wednesday until 2pm on Friday. Ok fine. I was informed that carwashes had been suspended due to coronavirus and that's okay. However, even though my car can't be washed, my entire dashboard, screen and center console were COVERED in fingerprints and smudges by the techs. My child seat was taken out and moved to the trunk which I was not informed about. So now I'm trying to put my kids in the car and no car seat... I also don't know it's it's clean or how it moved back there. And of course, I go to put that back and there are (2) hairnets, plastic trash and some other trash left in the backseat. This is only the 2nd time I've come in here and both have been during coronavirus time... It's honestly been the opposite of what I experience at Audi, Crown Motorsports or Fitz Jeep... I will note that Eric was my service assistant and he was good to work with. More
