I didn't purchased my car at Lombard Ford, I did purchase my first extended warranty from Jack @ Lombard Ford in 2016 for my 2015 Ford Taurus Limited. The price for the warranty was unbelievable, compared my first extended warranty from Jack @ Lombard Ford in 2016 for my 2015 Ford Taurus Limited. The price for the warranty was unbelievable, compared to what the dealer wanted from whom I purchased my car. When I asked Jack how they could sell me a warranty for that price, his response was "they sell in bulk." I told my husband, daughter and son about Lombard Ford warranties, they all purchased theirs there. This week I purchased my second extended warranty from Lombard Ford for my car with Emma, she answered all my questions. Emma was very knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. I will continue to recommend people to Lombard Ford Just an FYI they do sell accessories also, prices are very good. Thanks Emma and Jack, it's always a pleasure doing business with you both. More
My 2016 F150 died at the gas station. I had it towed into the dealer. Service advisor told me he was pretty sure he could get me in on Friday afternoon. After repeated follow ups he called me the following T the dealer. Service advisor told me he was pretty sure he could get me in on Friday afternoon. After repeated follow ups he called me the following Tuesday afternoon to say it needed a new starter. He couldn't tell me when he could get it because of the parts shortage. Truck was done on Wednesday for $500+ for a new starter. Then he told me it needed a brake job because the brake fluid was low. (Same dealer had recently replaced the master cylinder on a recall, if it was low it was because they failed to fill it.) I inspected the brake pads when I got the truck back, they are fine. 1. If you can't get to it right away it would be nice if you could be honest so I could make other plans. 2. 89,000 miles on a starter is pretty poor for modern cars. My Mazda6 has 210,000 miles and the original starter. 3. Starters at local auto parts stores are $70 to $80. 4. I can't say if the service advisor was being dishonest about the brakes, low brake fluid can be a sign that the pads are getting thin, but considering they had serviced it recently this leaves them in a bad light. Our sales consultant Mark Jones was fantastic. He explained everything my wife and I needed to know regarding the car we were interested in detail. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He was transparent when describing the features he thought were important when buying a vehicle. The finance manager Mike Mans was phenomenal. He is exceptionally polite and trustworthy. The level of detail of his explanations was outstanding. He went above and beyond when discussing the multiple financing options available. He puts his clients first at all times. He was genuinely interested in understanding our situation and made enormous efforts to get the best deal for us. He will not give up on you. The buying process was smooth. Mark showed us the car in detail and gave us a tutorial on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. He took the time to help us connect our phones to the car, set up essential safety features and other essential aspects that helped us understand how to take advantage of all the available features. The car model we found in their dealership had all the features we were looking for for a price below the average for other Ford dealers. If you decide to buy a car from Lombard Ford, Mike will make sure you know every single detail in the contract, warranty, car maintenance and service, and much more. After we bought our car, the CEO Rob Lombard came to meet us. He was happy to know we had bought our vehicle and congratulated us.
