Which ABS module did we quote for or did we quote both of them? I don't show any record of us looking at your car unless the name is different than what you submitted this complaint as. I know I am not the one who quoted you even though you put my name as the person you talked to so I am flying blind here to try and rectify the misunderstanding. Please feel free to reach out and give me more information so I can look into this further.

I have the receipt from Lombard Ford for $136.93 on Invoice # 20029 for your diagnostic service. So who ever was at the service desk is the one that gave me the bill and the one who I talked to on the phone.

Thank you for that information. I looked it up and the module alone from Ford is $1056.67. So the other shop is either quoting the wrong module or they are using aftermarket or junkyard modules. Ford also has the module on backorder for 2 weeks. I looked to see if I can get the Ford module less expensive and I found one at wholesale price of $750 plus shipping. Again I do aplogize for any inconveniance with this.
