Despite being a busy operation, all members of the Lombard service department take the time to answer questions and make sure that customer needs are met. She was courteous and considerate of her partner Jack who I had spoke with first giving me the option to reconnect with him. I've purchased at least 4 of these extended service plans for my trucks over the years and always from a local dealer here in Sacramento prior to this purchase to extend my current coverage. This experience was much better regarding price, service, options and convenience. I have to say I will be back talking with Lombard to get my next warranty.
