Jeffrey I'm going to express my opinion. Maybe I'm just venting but I am really disappointed I'm usually not this outspoken... I was so delighted when I received this new used Ford thru a used dealership venting but I am really disappointed I'm usually not this outspoken... I was so delighted when I received this new used Ford thru a used dealership in Torrington. Then maybe 5,000 into it tranny goes then tranny repair goes wrong ( tranny repair shop) bc 2 wires were crossed... Ford repairs... couple months later I bring to Lombard Ford for oil change (suppose to be a package deal... rotate,top...) weeks later coolant light comes on I fill, service tech did not rotate tires(wait til spring) then oil cooler goes which oddly enough is next to oil filter (recent oil change) I wait almost a week for parts (plural?) not kit? .. then after I finally get my car back I drive out of parking lot I'm on empty ( wasn't that way when I brought it in) and all I hear are brakes grinding. I almost turned around bc they were that bad. I get home I look and my disc(rotors) completely rusty... how? 🤷♀️ and now my car is making a noise when I come to a stop or turn at slow speed. Seriously? I just had my car aligned, balanced rotated and inspected by another shop before bringing to u bc of oil leak so I'm very distraught. My experience was disappointing to say the least. More
