The price was definitely correct with no hassle or BS what so ever. Dan was excellent right from the get go. No pressure very easy going and friendly . Mike Mans the finance manager is just a great guy to work with and talk to. I just can't say enough about him. I spoke with Mr. Lombard for quite a while about cars of the past cars of the future and the car hobby in general. Very nice and knowledgeable person. We got a very good price on our trade in. Barb in internet sales is very friendly and great to talk to. This is a very relaxed no pressure dealership. Thank you all so much for making our car purchase a great experience. Emma was wonderful to work with on my ESP plan I was looking to renew my ESP plan for my F250. I wasn't happy with my local pricing and decided to shop around. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to I brought my 2012 pick up truck in for a Ford recall warranty repair made the appointment a month ahead of time I dropped off the night before becaus I brought my 2012 pick up truck in for a Ford recall warranty repair made the appointment a month ahead of time I dropped off the night before because they told me they needed the truck at 7:30 am I told them ahead of time I needed it back for 2:00 pm they called at 11:43 am to try and sell me other work which I declined and said just do what I brought it in for I would take care of the rest at a later date they said they would do there best to have it done by 2:00 at 3:00 I called to see if it was done they said the service writer Steve that I talked too had left early they didn’t know what was going on with my truck after a long time on hold Betsy told me it wasn’t done I said could I leave it for the weekend but I would like it left indoors she said I can’t promise anything she told they putting it out and I would have to bring it back another day now I’m not happy I said I would be right there she referred me to Jeff the service manager when I got there he was extremely rude when I said I made this appointment a month ago he said so did the other thirty cars that were here today and told me I should have brought it to the dealership I bought it from and that I should be worried more about the extra work they tried to sell me instead of the warranty work I then informed him that he was an xxxxxxx and he had a chance to make a new customer but blew it and I will never return to Lombard ford and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there I will be finding a more customer service oriented shop to get my truck to More

I was stranded for hours before a tow truck could give me jump-start so that I could drive back to NY. Luckily, I bought the Ford extended service coverage, so I anticipate that the battery replacement, and any other repairs, will be covered. :\ More
