I initially went to Long McArthur to purchase a used vehicle. I had a very positice experience when I purchased my used Mustang from Dan. He was very friendly and helpful givng me an option I could manage. I noticed in his office a picture of two very hansome boys he identified as his sons and a lttle plack with a Denver Bronco logo. Being a big Bronco tan myself I thought it was great to do business with a fellow Bronco fan. More

My husband drove through the used lot at Long McArthur on a Sunday afternoon and found a car that we were interested in. I contacted Monte Brent for more information on it. Due to the snowstorm, we weren't a Sunday afternoon and found a car that we were interested in. I contacted Monte Brent for more information on it. Due to the snowstorm, we weren't able to connect right away, but Monte kept in constant contact with me about the car. When we were finally able to drive it, Monte already had the car waiting for us at our appointment time. We loved the car right away, but wanted to see what else the dealership had in our price range. Monte was happy to show us the selection, but it was clear that the car we drove was the one for us. Monte was not a stereotypical car salesman, which was a nice change. He spoke to us as normal people, and he did a fine job at getting us the best deal, all around. We had been leery about going to Long McArthur in the past because we felt that they would be difficult to deal with, but that was not our experience at all. Thanks, guys! More

We had been trying to make a deal with another dealership for a car on their lot, but had been unsuccessful. We asked Scott to try to dealer trade but he was also unsuccessful. A new vehicle was delivered to for a car on their lot, but had been unsuccessful. We asked Scott to try to dealer trade but he was also unsuccessful. A new vehicle was delivered to this dealership that was exactly what we had been trying to buy, only a year newer. Scott promptly worked out an amazing deal for us and we purchased the vehicle that day. Scott and other members of the dealership were direct, open, and honest in preparing the deal. There was no sitting around waiting while some other part of the organization stalled to break down buyer confidence, no outrageous counteroffers, no hidden fees, which is what we had encountered at the other dealership. We ended up buying a 2014 for well below what the other dealership tried to gouge us for on a 2013. We are very pleased with the experience of purchasing our new Mustang. More
