We went in to have a problem fixed on our Ford Edge, and things snowballed from that point as far as getting parts to fix the problem, we ended up making 2 trips to Salina which is a 3 hour drive one way. I stopped by with no intentions of getting a vehicle that day. After a few minutes of looking around Tony drove up and began assisting me right away. He was genuine and very down-to-earth. He made me feel at ease and made the whole process, which is long, fun! He treated me like he would want someone to treat his own daughters and it was very endearing. I was so pleased that Tony listened, asked me everything that I wanted out of car and then found a match for me that I didn't think was possible! He worked with me until I was able to get a comfortable price. I will always go back to Tony for any of my other car needs. Michael met us at the door with a smile and a handshake. We sat down with Michael and he made a detailed list of what we wanted. The vehicle we wanted to buy was not one they currently had on their lot Michael made it clear they would locate one and they did it in about 15 minutes. The trade and purchase negoitations were actually very pleasant without any pressure from Michael and feel we got a fair price. We made our puchase and the service after the sale has been excellent. He delivered the vehicle to us and picked up our tradein. We determined that we wanted to add some accesories and he took care of having Luke call us and get it everytihing setup. We will seek Michael out for our next vehicle purchase. More
