Michael met us at the door with a smile and a handshake. We sat down with Michael and he made a detailed list of what we wanted. The vehicle we wanted to buy was not one they currently had on their lot Michael made it clear they would locate one and they did it in about 15 minutes. The trade and purchase negoitations were actually very pleasant without any pressure from Michael and feel we got a fair price. We made our puchase and the service after the sale has been excellent. He delivered the vehicle to us and picked up our tradein. We determined that we wanted to add some accesories and he took care of having Luke call us and get it everytihing setup. Rod, only working at dealership did a great job trying to help me find the truck that I was looking for. Rod's knowledge base on Super Duty trucks was not his best area of expertise, but he constantly seeki help me find the truck that I was looking for. Rod's knowledge base on Super Duty trucks was not his best area of expertise, but he constantly seeking the answers to my questions. On the day of negotiations for a trade in vs a used truck - his mentors where trying to help, but they where not providing the correct info to Rod. This in turn was a great learning process for Rod, but a prolonged ordeal for my time spent. Overall Rod did a great job, lets hope the bubbles in the tinted windows go away - as he was once again informed that they would by the auto body shop. I will keep it touch - for if the bubbles do not come out Rod said he would correct / pay to have it corrected. Thank you! More

I have been using this Dealership for a little over 10 years now. I love how meticulous they are on the inspection of my vehicles when they are serviced. I started using Dan Penner as a service advisor first and got to know him. A few years ago he moved to sales and He is always there to help me find the car I need new or used.
