Issues with recall, blown fuse 2nd time Was told it would take an hour to get it fixed of coarse it took 2 hours. When asked what was going on. I wasn't the happiest person. Larry said what would you like me do fix it or not. Wasn't pleased with his customer service. Being frustrated and him not being understanding was not a great blend. I left very upset. I just never have been a fan of this place and needing them to fix my car under warranty. And on top of that wanted me to pay for the fuses when we've had this issue before bc of a recall. Just wasn't pleased with the service. More

The first of many promises broken. I was given the run-around by the incompetent service department, who has no one particular in charge or helping. The service manager was laughing at my distress. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE CAR DEALERS, stop in for a repair and join the club. More
Very poor service Had my 2006 mustang in for service in June 2017 ,engine light and rinch light we're both on . Larry in service said they but it on 5 different machines and said no problems ,they turn them off and then the next day they turn on again ,took it in again,they did it again,the same thing is still happening in February 2018, went back again got charged 150.00 it still is happening,was told this time to drive it they can't fix it,was told they don't know what was wrong was definitely taken by this dealership. Two vehicles fixed correctly in one day I have two Roush vehicles that both needed issues identified and fixed. Set up an appointment with Phil Spillman. Expected to hopefully get my Raptor fixed the same day and leave the Mustang, since I live four hours away. To my surprise Phil arranged to have different tech's look at both vehicles as soon as I arrived. Left with both vehicles fixed CORRECTLY the same day! It was a very pleasant surprise to get both vehicle fixed in one day by a very professional service team. They were worth the drive. I highly recommend Long McArthur's service! More
Bought a new F-350 King Ranch less than 3-years ago. With less than 3000 miles on it the power steering was really loud. 4:50 pm they wouldn't look at it. We are the proud owners of a new 2016 Lincoln MKX Black Label. I want to personally thank Long McArthur and Darrin Lee for helping my family out with 5 star service. We had our brand new vehicle break down on the side of the road about 20 miles from Garden City, KS. My wife and kids were traveling to visit friends and family and I was out of town in Nebraska for work. My wife had to have our vehicle towed into Garden City at night with two kids and we were very upset. We thought with a brand new Lincoln and only 5,000 miles this should never happen. It wasn't anything major but it had a recall. We contacted Long McArthur Ford the next morning and without one question asked Darrin Lee had already arranged drivers from Salina, KS to come all the way to Garden City, KS to drop off a car to my wife and kids. He then arranged our car to fixed under warranty and even had our car shipped to Salina for a final inspection. They then drove our vehicle to our home in Wichita, KS and picked up their loaner car. Thank you very much Darrin Lee. You and Long McArthur are 5 star people and I won't think twice about doing business with you again! I appreciate everything Long McArthur Ford!
