He was extremely sensitive to our needs, and was so knowledgeable and patient in explaining every aspect of the car I purchased . He spent the entire day helping us find the perfect car. I never felt pressure from him and he was so accommodating every step of the way. He gave us time to decide and knew when to help and when to step aside so we could talk finances. It was a perfect experience and we will go back and ask for him if we ever need another car. I highly recommend him!!!! More

Michael Kim's communication is clear, makes himself available to answer questions, always called me back in a timely manner, let me know via text that he'll call me back. He's not an aggressive nor pus available to answer questions, always called me back in a timely manner, let me know via text that he'll call me back. He's not an aggressive nor pushy dealer to make a sale, hence I felt no pressure. He was honest & upfront about what I might expect from ordering a car. I gave a 4 star rating to Longo Toyota only because the traffic getting there can take up to 2 hrs to get to.
