After deal was done, contract signed, (and acknowledgment of no verbal agreements were made), I was walked out to my car and forced to sign up for “connected services” verbally told it was mandatory! This after I stated I didn’t want connected services during negotiations. This should be illegal. I expect to see a class action lawsuit in the future.
