The people are great, especially Donovan, but I had an 11: 14 appointment for an oil change. They also changed my cabin filter. I left around 4pm. That's ridiculous. Walked in and they were packed someone said they would be right with us. Even though they were busy they didn’t make us feel like just another sale they were all friendly. Had emailed with Juan Del Solar asked for him he was busy with a couple customer introduced us to Fred Williams. Fred was a breath of fresh air when it comes to today customer service. He made the experience great the process was swift and easy left feeling great about my car. Very happy to have worked with Fred if you’ve gone to any other dealership and have a sour taste in your mouth about dealership but need a car go see Fred Williams. More
