I was not offered a free car rental service this time. I have been able to rent a car for free and I wasted my time waiting for the pick-up. The customer service is not in place. I took my vehicle loan to get an oil change and it cost me a whole lot more than what I expected. I got a phone call from you guys informed me that my vehicle suffered some bumper damage under your care. I me a whole lot more than what I expected. My wife told me that this is why she doesn't take her vehicles to Longo Toyota. You guys drive other people's vehicles as if you don't care. I wonder how many fender benders you guys have annually.
