I arrived at Longo Toyota in El Monte at 2:20 PM. For my 2:30 PM appointment My car was not ready until 6:45 PM !! I will not return to this dealership for future Maintenance Service again. It’s too bad because Longo Toyota in El Monte has the largest car dealership I have ever seen and I have plans to purchase a new Toyota Camry in the next few years, but NOT at this dealership because of a lot urgency and terrible appointment window time More
