Immediately I was set up I called ahead of time to see the availability of a car and make an appointment because I live about an hour away from Longo. Immediately I was set up with Oscar who called to confirm the appointment and greeted my father and i warmly when we arrived. He didn’t waste our time. He had the car waiting for us. We checked everything out, took it for a test drive. He was very welcoming, funny, kind, and didn’t play any games. I ended up buying the car and I am very happy with the purchase. Awesome Experience This was my first time shopping around a dealership to pick out my own car. The day before I went I had inquired about a car I saw online and Brandon This was my first time shopping around a dealership to pick out my own car. The day before I went I had inquired about a car I saw online and Brandon Cruz was the one to respond to my inquiry. Our conversation was brief and straightforward, so I went in the next day very excited to pick out my car. I had arrived a bit earlier than I said I would, but Brandon was ready to help me out. Unfortunately, the car I was initially interested in had been purchased, but Brandon was prepared to show me other cars that were close in color, model, year, and mileage to the one I had initially wanted. I was a little nervous to test drive the cars because I didn’t want to accidentally damage any of them, but Brandon made me feel so comfortable and relaxed on the first test drive around the streets, that I was eager to test drive a second car and take it on the freeway route. I ultimately decided on that second car and Brandon was very helpful with getting me the best deal possible! My dad was trying to haggle a bit, but Brandon took it in stride and worked with him to make us an offer we couldn’t refuse! I’m temporarily handicapped and Brandon was very patient as I was slowly moving along with my cane, which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel rushed to get from the used car lot to the financing office, which was a bit of a walk. And once my dad and I got back to the used car dealership, Brandon was very quick to get back to helping us and brought out my new used car! I left feeling very happy and excited about my purchase!
