I worked with Arina again since she was a pleasure to deal with during my first experience. Prior to arriving at Longo, I had been messaging with Arina frequently about 4Runner options and packages and was always responded to quickly and never once felt pressured. I’m the first person to leave a dealership when pushy sales reps start getting out of control and because of this, I’ll only use Arina. Friendly, prompt, and a joy to work with. She is now and forever my one and only Toyota rep. More
