He’s very personable, friendly, professional and honest. He went above and beyond to help us find the car that would fit our needs. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Great service I intially contacted Longo online. They were quick to reply. I easily set up an appointment to view the car. When I arrived the car out with other cus I intially contacted Longo online. They were quick to reply. I easily set up an appointment to view the car. When I arrived the car out with other customers and no salesman there to greet me. Will, a manger quickly stepped in, found me the same car, and Isaac was our new sales person. Toyota was quick to rectify the scheduling mishap then went out of their way to make our car buying experience smooth and efficient! The internet sales team specifically Marcos, should improve their scheduling/communication skills/procedures. With that said the rest of my experience was as I expected it to be...wonderful. Will and Isaac saved the day. I am impressed! More
