Not friendly! I went to look at a few cars that I was interested that I noticed that they had at this dealership. Upon coming into the Used Car Department I was gre I went to look at a few cars that I was interested that I noticed that they had at this dealership. Upon coming into the Used Car Department I was greeted by a gentleman named "Rico". I told him that I was here to just look at a few cars and wanted to see them and I was not ready to make any purchase that day. He seemed like I just bothered him after I stated that since he pointed to the general direction of the vehicles on the lot and said "you can look they are over there." I asked him if they were open since I wanted to look inside of them. He replied with a grin and said of course not.. He then told me to look around and once I found one to let him know that was the one I wanted and he can sell that one to me. I reiterated that I once again was not here to buy today. He stated "that he is a salesman and he is here to sell cars not for people to look at them." He turned his back and walked back into the Used Car building and started to talk to another salesman and I saw both of them turn their heads and look at me and laugh. I saw his name on his badge and it was the only way that I could even know his name since he did not even give me his business card. I still believe in salesman being salesman. That they will make judgement calls over appearance or what they hear. He must have heard that I was not ready to purchase and seemed like he would rather go back inside his building and talk to his buddy there. I left that day disappointed and utterly in distaste of this dealership. I thought this was somehow a better dealership because of there awards and signs they hang around the dealership. Apparently at the end of the day they still past judgement on you. I did wait about a week to purchase and found a nice used car at another dealership which they took the time to share the vehicles that they had and offered many choices of. I have already told my parents of my experience and since then they have not recommend there friends to this place either because of the sour taste that they left behind here. I wouldn't even go back here again for there Starbucks that is located inside. I hope that at least one person is able to find this useful and will realize not to say certain things first because the salespeople will pass judgement on you quickly and harshly. Even if nothing comes of this review which many do, that actions and words will impact and give impressions more than such a bad experience can give, especially in a customer service industry. More
