We were actually surprised to be approached so kindly as a three previous dealerships that we went to didn't seem very friendly. He took his time with us and showed us all interior options and let us test drive a couple of the Highlanders. We really appreciated the time that he spent making sure that we were happy with the vehicle. When we finally chose a vehicle and it was time to do the paperwork he was honest always gave us the best deal and the dealership did a great job at working with us.
