Service, Commitment & Customer Focus My salesperson was Laura Tan. She provided me with an unsurpassed level of service and attention with respect to the vehicle I was shopping for. Her My salesperson was Laura Tan. She provided me with an unsurpassed level of service and attention with respect to the vehicle I was shopping for. Her determination to find exactly what I wanted to buy was incredible as she was able to order exactly how I wanted my vehicle configured. After the vehicle was ordered she kept me in the loop with its delivery progress. On the day we picked up the vehicle she spent her time to make sure I was educated about the various electronic functions given that there was a slew of buttons and screens to understand. My wife said she’s never experienced such a high level of training with respect to the functionality of the vehicle. I am quite inclined to refer family, friends and acquaintances to Laura Tan. More
